Find a reputable and reliable AV partner that can integrate with your event software, so you can ensure this fair chunk of your budget is money well spent! \u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Using the Right Venue
      \n<\/strong>While many conference venues have adapted to COVID protocols, some have done it better than others. Venue costs are usually the lion\u2019s share of the budget so choose a venue that knows how to conference-in-COVID.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
