Shift Event Solutions brings confidence and innovation to the fingertips of every event professional in South Africa through its Content Studio Offering and Momice Event Software Solution.

As part of the Shift Group, a full-service strategy and brand agency with first-hand experience of the intensity and requirements of eventing, we now onboard a greater range of clients than those we serviced when we started with the launch of Momice Smart Event Solutions in South Africa 6 years ago.

Having been involved in a wide range of international and local events for more than 20 years, we are adept at navigating the pressure points and needs of industry professionals which is why we have embraced local technology experts, together with our Momice partners in Amsterdam to provide a broader scope of solutions under the new banner of Shift Event Solutions.

Our Journey

The Shift Event Solutions journey began in 2014 when we became the African resellers for the Dutch-based event management solution Momice event software platform.

Operating from Cape Town and Durban, we added Johannesburg to our South African map in October 2017 and our journey of learning, supporting, and advancing the local event industry really began.

2019 saw the team harnessing the power of collaboration within the local event management sector, with our positive engagements resulting in a steady growth in the take-up of the Momice software, our team guiding and supporting smarter event professionals, bolder event interactions and cyber-safe event solutions.

2020 started a bit like a firework in a rainstorm, a big bang and then a fizzle! But with all the challenges of this year, opportunities have arisen too and for the event industry, this has taken the form of HYBRID EVENTS, LIVESTREAMING and WEBCASTING. A completely different way of approaching events, and one that comes standard with a steep learning curve, event professionals are playing catch-up to understand and onboard these event options to ensure they stay relevant in our COVID-19 flavoured event industry.

The Shift Event Solutions team of multi-skilled professionals are passionate about intelligent and smart event solutions that respond to the needs of the South Africa event industry and its professionals.

Simply put, we want to enable event professionals to organise outstanding events by providing the best smart event software combined with real-time, practical and hands-on support and customer-centric service.

In addition to this, we are cognisant of the demands of data and personal information security and are proud not only of our compliance to the local POPPI Act and to the International GDPR standards, but the efficiency with which our Momice Smart Event Software deals with these issues.
