In addition to using Momice Event Software as a SAAS (Software As A Service) solution, we offer a content and design service to turnkey manage your event planning and communication through the professional partnerships that make up the SES Content Studio.

With 2020 forcing us to embrace the “new norm” of limited event attendance, the SES Solution will still allow you to reach your delegates and meet the goals of your event through livestreaming and webcast solutions collectively termed HYBRID Eventing.

Our full-service approach is driven by a proven formula aimed at ensuring you deliver quality events that are cost and time-effective and deliver maximum value to you and your visitors.

The SES Approach Looks At The Following:

Brief and Objectives
Together we determine measurable objectives, target audiences, key messages, and an action plan for before, during and after the event.

Event Website
We design and build professional event websites, containing all relevant event info (program, speakers, location etc.).

Registration Online and Onsite
We create a flawless registration flow for workshops, guest lists and (e) tickets, and advice on attendee check-in to reduce “no-shows”.

Mailings and Attendance
We will develop a communication plan to increase attendance and set up and schedule all mailers: save-the-date; invitation; registration confirmation; update mails: thank you mail and event survey.

Evaluation and Results
We set up a short, effective event survey, including NPS (Net Promoter Score) and pull a professional feedback report that will enable you to evaluate your event objectives – and determine what can be improved.
